Monday, December 14, 2009 - Geminids!

In his email, Wally had attached perhaps one of the most brilliant Geminid fireballs I have seen, both pictorially and in person. Wally announced that the Geminid shower from where he was located, was "terrific last night - one of the best I have seen [except nov 2001 leonids]". He also mentions that this photograph may be the largest Geminid catch on record. I wouldn't doubt it.
