The IfA SEPO was honored to help fulfill a Wish for Paige Gonzalez. Nine year-old Paige enjoys reading, learning about science, and dreamed of meeting Gemini Observatory astronomer Chad Trujillo. That happened today at the Visitor Information Station, when Chad gave a personalized presentation to Paige and her family from Houston, Texas. Inge Heyer of Joint Astronomy Centre was onhand with several gifts, and although they were not able to join us, we were happy to present gifts on behalf of Caltech Submillimeter Observatory, Imiloa Astronomy Center and Canada-France-Hawaii Telescope
