booths. The HHS Robotics Club demonstrated some Lego Mindstorms robots they designed and constructed on a mini-sumo ring (where two opposing robots attempt to push the other outside of the ring without being pushed out themselves) and in the Lego Brick Pit (where the robots drive over fifty pounds of loose Lego bricks as quickly as possible). Both activities were magnets for youngsters, who streamed in to watch with their parents and siblings. The AstroDay Institute booth played a video compiliation of Eye Kea Project segments that have aired on the Living in Paradise cable access television show. We also sold our fundraiser tee shirts during the event, and talked story with folks interested in our organization and its projects.
